At JK Aroma™, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We blend sustainable essential and aroma oils in high-quality diffusers. This policy outlines your options for cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

2. Returns and Refunds conditions

Please choose your purchases carefully, as JK Aroma does not accept returns unless the item:

  • Is genuinely faulty due to a manufacturing defect, has been sent in error, or was damaged due to faulty packaging (including return of the damaged packaging).
  • Returns Eligibility

If your item meets the above conditions, it must also comply with the following return requirements:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including all accessories and components.
  • The product and packaging must be in resalable condition, unless the return is due to damage or defect.
  • If applicable, the serial number must match our purchase records.
  • You must contact JK Aroma via email to request a Return Advice form before sending any items back.
  • Approved returns must be sent back to JK Aroma within 5 days of the order delivery date.

  • Inspection Required: All returned items are subject to inspection. Refunds will be approved only if the item meets all return criteria.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed (as per payment processor) after the returned item is received and inspected.
